Vijay Reddy, founder, has over 30 years of experience in the healthcare and technology industry. After completing his Master's in Computer Science, he entered the healthcare arena with OSI Systems (now MedAssets, Inc.) in 1991 and progressed to be the Chief Information Officer for the company. Since entering the workforce, he designed systems and developed software to increase efficiency and reduce costs for healthcare entities. The solutions he developed were deployed in over 50% of hospitals in the USA.

Yamini Vedhire, CFO, has over 18 years of experience in handling the financial and operational functions of a technology/ecommerce company, a web design company and a medical billing company. She holds an MBA and majored in finance at Delhi University, India.
